Since it is summer and hot already I would like to see if there is enough interest in having a meet/bbq. This invitation is open to all members of the Disney Magic Community, friends and family. Here's a couple of week-ends for a potential meet/bbq. Jul 12 or 13 Jul 26 or 27 Don't mind holding it a my place in Mississauga. QEW/427 area. I have a 4ft above ground pool and a trampoline in our back yard, gret for the kiddies, and some chairs for other folks. The 26 or 27 would be better so Northern Mouse could give the info on the Magic Meet from the previous week. If it is more convienient for folks to hold it somewhere that's OK. Input, Suggestion, Help?  |

The 26th or 27th would be great. I could let you know about Magic Meets. I'm in Markham but don't mind going to Mississuga. I'll see if I can get Kevin to come to he's been out of commission with a bad back and probably hasn't seen this thread yet.

I'd like to say maybe... but you're a long way from Ottawa. As someone who has driven to Ottawa and back in one day on many occasions it isn't that bad. I'm sure we could find you a place to lay your hat.  |

I have to agree with Highland....while I have done it in 1 day, it is too much for me.....and being away from home is pretty hard on my LO....otherwise I'd love to meet you guys!

Ok so let's see if who is interested in coming to Chez Ham for meet/BBQ/swim on the 26 or 27 of July.
We can do a pot luck with a BBQ theme. Burgers, hot dogs, salads, etc. We can also adapt to special dietary requirements/preferences.
DW make a mean batch of bruschetta and an awesome pesto tortellini salad.
Out of town folks who make the trip are welcome to sleep over.
I'm thinking folks can arrive around 1:00 swim, chat, etc. BBQ around 5-6.
Any takers?
Chez Ham is located in the south east area of Mississauga about 4 minutes west of the QEW/427.

At the current time I am good for either day.....
OK, I also live in south west Mississauga. About 4 Mins from QEW & 417....... So I will probably walk or bike.
I will bring sausages.
It will be 4 of us, 2 sons (9 & 4) DW and myself.

Both days are ok, but I would prefer the 26th use the Sunday to recover  . We'll bring potato salad and an appetizer. Two adults and two children (6 and 10). I'll see if Kevin and Kim are interested in coming he's been very busy at work and hasn't had any time for any boards. |

Oh man!!! We can't make it that weekend. We have cousins coming from Scotland and we will be up north a the cottage with them...
Whatta drag,,,,,,but we will definately do a August meet at SSR!!!! Starting to count the days. Just got mt Magical Express package yeh!!!!!
