I am having a hard time peeking Karen's Interest in going again. Getting food poison down there has really put a damper on her Disney Spirit.

More the reason to justify your DVC owner.  Your next visit can be in a 1 bedroom with a full kitchen, you can order in groceries or go and get them, and do all your own cooking at your condo.  She'll come around.......
