Ah... but you can tell by her expression that Kailey wants to learn more about this Disney thing!!!

How long before she gets her first trip to WDW???

Great picture!

As someone who has a 9 year old, and went thru it again with a 3 year old; my own experience is that when you're in the middle of it with an infant and feeding and diaper changes and not sleeping, you love it all, but it can be so overwhelming at times - you think it will never end.  But, you're quite right - time marches on oh so swiftly, and it's over sooner than you'd think right now - try to enjoy all those precious moments (even when you're operating on no sleep)!  Before you know it, the little one will be big and independent and want to do it all on their own!

Things to look forward to - her first haircut at Disney!  Go to the barbershop - they make a huge big deal out of it (ears and all, lots of pixie dust and stickers).

Enjoy!

Well the weeks are going by so quickly, today Kailey is 8 weeks old.  We have had some fun time with colic already, but it seems that she is finally growing out of it and actually sleeping when she needs to sleep.  She is even seems to be smiling for Sean, I guess he is just funny looking because I haven't seen too many smiles yet, although I know it is still early yet.  Not sure when we will get to Disney, but both Sean and I caught the bug after seeing the free dining and would love to take Kailey to the parks.  It would be great to go.  But Shelia, for sure Kailey will not get a hair cut until she gets to Disney, I would love that to be a special day for her.

So I just took a few photos of her to show her off of course:-)
The puppy is still too big for her

The light caught her here, I love this one

Oh and finally, our little mouseketeer

BEAUTIFUL shots!  She's a cutie.

Funny about your haircut point - she looks to have as much hair as mine did at that age.  If so, you'll have lots of time before you need to worry about first haircuts.  Must be something about lighter complexion'ed kids - don't seem to get much hair for first year or two.  Oh well - something to look forward to... I remember getting so excited when my Ceili had the first bit of hair that could be interpreted to be a swirl ... :-)

Enjoy every  minute.  My 3 year old thinks she's 9 - sings Jonas Brothers, and because of big sis, tells me that Nick is the cutest.  Geez Louise!  What's she going to do when she'd 14!

Best,
Sheila

She certainly is a little cutie

Enjoy every minute with her.  Ours just started daycare a month ago.......now walking, running and starting to get a few words out.

First hair cut at Disney!

First braids at Castaway Cay.

Our DD is now 1 and has had 4 trips to WDW.  I strongly recommend getting yourself down there and enjoying your mat. leave.  Who knows, if your there the same time we are.  The babies can play!
